MTN Control Room Desk
This was designed to accommodate the curved control room environment for 70+ operators. The curve had to matchup with the large, curved screen. To accommodate the QTY of operators, consideration had to be made for workspace flow and ensuring easy exit routes were not impeded.
The desks were adapted into configurations 3/4/5/7 tables wide. Part of the brief was for the clients logo to be illuminated in the front of each desk.
Because of the unique environment 3x 22″ monitors were installed on bracket designed to suite the shape of the desk optimising the user environment.
The brief also changed to accommodate a new style sheet metal leg adding to the upgraded modern look.
